Cashless Process (Short steps):

1. Patient apna valid mediclaim card aur identity proof le kar reception par registration kare
2. Humari billing team insurance/TPA se pre-authorization ke liye request bhejegi.
3. Authorization milne par cashless treatment shuru ho jayeg (authorization ki terms aur limits insurer par nirbhar karte hain).
4. Koi bhi balance amount ya non-covered services patient ko settle karne honge.

Important Points/ Terms:

* Cashless facility sirf un patients ke liye jiska pre-authorization insurer/TPA se mil jata hai.
* Pre-existing conditions, waiting periads, aur policy ki specific exclusions insurer ki policy me likhi hoti hain - final settlement insurer ke niyamon ke anuroop hoga.
* Emergency admission ke case me bhi insurer/TPA ki zarurat pad sakti hai; hospital turant help karega.
